But seriously, in addition to the petite braiser, this lid also works with the All-Clad 10" fry pan. Unlike the lid designed specifically for the fry pan, this one is domed, which is better for heat circulation.

I purchased this lid for my 10" fry pan, and it fits perfectly. Turn your fry pan into a french roaster.

Description of All-Clad Stainless 10-Inch Petite Braiser Lid

Also crafted of premium, polished 18/10 stainless steel, this gleaming lid fits the 10-inch Stainless series braiser as well as any 10-inch All-Clad fry pan. The solid cast stainless-steel handle is riveted on for strength, and the lid is domed to fit over bulky meat cuts and to send moisture and flavor back into the pan. Because the lids of the Stainless collection are less critical to cooking performance than the pots and pans, they are manufactured overseas to All-Clad's strict requirements.
