Customer Review: Great little pan

I bought this pan in 2003 for only $40 when a local kitchen store went out of business, and since then it's been my main pan for small jobs. I know that many of these smaller pans are now being made in China, but I'm almost certain that mine was made in the USA. The finish is flawless, the inside is nice and smooth, and everything fits together as it should. I use it often enough that I wanted a second one, so I bought an LTD model for $15 at BB&B just last year (whose finish is also top-notch). Both perform equally well, but I have to admit, I'm partial to the look of the stainless. The only thing missing is a pouring lip - this pan is the perfect size for making good hot chocolate, but getting it into the cups or an intermediate container that DOES have a lip is horribly messy. Oh well, still a great pan.
