Customer Review: Great grill pan

This is our first grill pan, and we are very pleased with it. It is the right weight, heavy enough to provide even cooking, but not so heavy it is hard to lift for cleaning. The handles stay cool, and the food cooks up evenly and well. It is great alternative when it seems to be too much trouble in the summer to use the outdoor grill. We have made grilled sandwiches, vegetables, and fish on it (we do not eat meat). It is the All Clad quality that we expected, and highly recommended, especially at the great Amazon price!
