The versatile 5.5-qt. Dutch Oven by All-Clad LTD is designed for you to take it from rangetop to oven to tabletop. Its rounded shape and domed lid accommodate a variety of recipes, and it makes a beautiful serving dish, too. Originally designed for professional chefs, All-Clad pans have 3 layers, bonded together to ensure even heating. The pure aluminum core is fused between the extra-thick, anodized exterior and the hand-polished 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface, which won't react with food. Key to its high performance is a three-ply, bonded construction.
