Heavy aluminum core of pan covers the bottom and sides so your food heats and cooks thoroughly and efficiently. Insert, made of heavy stainless, is ideal for cooking hearty portions of pasta, steaming corn on the cob and root vegetables. Use the pot solo for chilis, stews or your favorite secret pasta sauce recipe. Lid fits securely to keep moisture in and is made of the same polished stainless.
