This is the best pan I have ever used. I received it as a Christmas present more than 10 years ago and it is still the one I always use because things don't stick to it. Only draw back is that it is a bit small, so I am just about to buy another larger one.
This size is especially good for doing 2-3 scrambled eggs. When doing the eggs nothing at all is left sticking to the bottom of the pan. Sometimes there are a few bits around the top edge, but a quick rub with some steel wool takes care of that.
I read the most negative review and cannot imagine why she was having touble with it. I always use it on the highest setting on my electric stove with a bit of canola.
She said something about having to stick to low temp's. Maybe she was reviewing the non-stick pans and not the stainless-steel interior ones. So my guess is that her review is actually for a different product.
