This is my first piece of All-clad and I'm amazed at the quality and ease
of use. Baked on, reheated meatloaf was a breeze to remove - soaked
for 20 mins in warm water and didn't even need the nylon side of the scrubber.
The sponge side removed everything in one swipe. It's clear
this pan will last forever. Will definitely be getting the 12" pan to
go along with this one, probably the last pans I'll need to buy so very
well worth the price.

This classic slope-sided fry pan shows how thoroughly Cop-R-Chef marries form and function. It's 8 inches in diameter, perfect for searing a hunk of halibut or hanger steak. Its polished 18/10 stainless-steel handle is secured to the pan by stainless-steel rivets for strength, grooved on the top and rounded on the bottom for comfort, and holed in the end for hanging on a hook or peg. The long handle stays cool on the stovetop but won't be harmed by an oven's highest heat. Because harsh detergents darken copper, hand washing this cookware is recommended. --Fred Brack
