Even mac and cheese turns out spectacular in this rounded cookware that goes from oven to table. The lid forms a precision seal with the rim to lock in steam so food self-bastes for moist, tender, flavorful results. This striking copper casserole with matching lid and stainless steel accents is designed for long, slow oven cooking, but you can use it on the stove to sear meats before adding other ingredients. The 18/10 stainless-steel interior will not react with your food, leaving the pure taste you desire. Loop handles make pouring and transferring a breeze. The 3-quart size is perfect for up to six servings.All-Clad Cop-R-Chef combines the warm glow of copper with the durability of a stainless-steel interior, so you never have to worry about retinning.
