Customer Review: Ceramic insert issues

I used this for the first time, and as I was cleaning the product I noticed a hairline crack that extends about half of the bottom. Have not yet figured out who or how to replace, but after finally replacing my older, less-featured All-Clad slow cooker with this one, I am hoping that this is simply an isolated instance, and not something that is the result of any change in manufacturing process or material quality.
